The 'Victorian Paramedics Seeking Remedy' cause has an accepted complaint with the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC), pending a conciliation date
The Victorian Paramedics were successful in crowdfunding the legal costs to date and they are extremely grateful for this crucial support from the community to get this far!
Unfortunately, the Victorian Paramedics were not successful in seeking their remedies for their unlawful terminations and 'dropping the mandate' for not only the health sector but for everyone in Victoria as yet and prior to needing more formal avenues of support being the AHRC
The paramedics are compelled to continue the legal process and crowdfunding is necessary for the process to continue, to pay for the legal and associated costs with the Australian Human Rights Commission
